You probably know me from my work on HGTV. I won the title of “HGTV Star” for Season 8 and currently I am the designer and host of the network’s newest show “HGTV 2014 Smart Home Giveaway.” It may look glamorous now, but it’s been a long road to get here.
I started out in high-end residential property management and staging. I had over ten years in the industry. After I designed an award winning model home, I decided to focus solely on interior design. I launched You and Your Decor in 2007. Since then, we’ve done residential projects and boutiques in cities across the country. And I’ve never looked back once.
Since, starting with HGTV, I’ve have been recognized as one of the Top 20 African American Interior Designers in the Nation, made dozens of media appearances, on television, the web and in print. There are just too many to mention here, so check out the MEDIA page to explore my adventures.
